The SPA MANAGER is a dynamic, motivated and motivating person who knows how to manage his stress and that of his team.

The person in charge of the reception of the SPA is the asset of the team. With great versatility, she masters inventory management, reception and commercial relations. Prepares and attends team meetings and takes minutes. First person met when arriving at the SPA or by telephone, the person in charge of reception must start the client's journey, smiling, warm, speaking impeccable French. The Receptionist must be able to advise clients on SPA services and treatments. She also ensures the respect and maintenance of all equipment made available to customers and the good traffic of the boutique space. She manages day-to-day appointments for the team and optimizes planning, cash management, preparing and monitoring inventories. She oversees the maintenance of the client base. Processes and responds to customer e-mails and manages dissatisfaction with management.
